Military personnel are a unique breed. They have to be tough, resilient, and can’t just take a day off when they’re feeling down. The military instills these qualities in its soldiers from the very beginning of their training. It’s no wonder that many come out of military service with some PTSD or other mental health problems as well as physical injuries from war zones.
